The New Star’s cuisine is characterised by fresh produce, exquisite ingredients and careful, loving preparation. Whenever possible, we obtain our products locally. At lunchtime, our culinary artisans prepare menus that vary on a daily basis, with a selection of vegetarian dishes. The evening menu offers an up-to-date range of seasonal dishes, homemade Swiss specialities and classic recipes reinterpreted.
